CrossFit Maplewood classes and programs are designed to be fun, inclusive, challenging, and effective. Our ultimate goal is to help you reach yours, so every one of our classes are tailored to meet your specific needs.
  • CrossFit

    Our traditional CrossFit workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

  • Foundations

    Our Foundations program is a 3-session informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit Maplewood. The first session is conducted as a private Functional Movement Screen session where we will get to know your strengths and limitations 1-on-1. Then we’ll guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique in a small group (4 participant max) in the next 3 classes. During these sessions work with your coach to set goals, talk nutrition, and work together to prepare you to move on to our group classes. Foundations is designed to ensure your success — there’s no set schedule or timeline. Gain confidence and competency in your movement by enrolling in our CrossFit Foundations.

    • Our Foundations course is run by appointments only, so you must sign up for class at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your spot. If no one signed up for class, there will be no class.
    • The first of the three Foundations classes will be held on the first Saturday, the second class on the second Saturday, and the third class on the third Saturday of the month. All classes start at 945a sharp, so please be on time.

  • Barbell Club

    Our Barbell Club aims to improve the classic Olympic lifts, the snatch and clean and jerk. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. These sessions are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Personal Training

    Our personal training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to become a more well-rounded athlete with specialized, individual training. Our world-class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, develop a specific program and be your personal guide.
